La Cruz de Finca Loranque 2005 Castiila de la Mancha Syrah (Shiraz) When differentiating between our two wine ranges, we donŽt consider one better than the other. Both come from the same vineyards, they are produced in the same way but each one has its own character. Lacruz de Finca Loranque was created aiming to find a less complex, more casual wine than those of the original Finca Loranque. With Lacruz de Finca loranque Syrah 2005 we have achieved a more modern wine that perfectly complements almost any dish. * Produced exclusively from Shiraz varietals, from the oldest vines of the 42 hectares of the vineyard. * Fermented separately at a controlled temperature with macerations in stainless steel vats (capacity 15000-20000l). * Aged over 12 months in French, American and Hungarian oak casks. Taste: Beautiful dark cherry. A nose rich in mineral sensations, with touches of ground roast coffee. The grand clean aroma lingers in the mouth, where the wine reveals a sweet, ample palate with excellent and sweet tannins, that lead to the fruity notes of the aroma. The final result is long, persistent, confirming its elegance and intensity. Best served: between 16º y 18º.
